Morel: Wild morel mushrooms (morchella conica) 

Porcini: Wild porcini mushrooms (boletus edulis)

Smoked Chanterelles:  Chanterelle mushrooms (cantharellus cibarius), natural alde wood smoke.

Forest Blend: Wild mushrooms: (boletus species, lobster, chanterelle, morel, pine, oyster) (boletus speciei, hypomyces lactifluorum, cantharellus speciei, morchella conica, tricholoma magnivelare, pleurotus).

Wild Mushroom Sauce: Wild Mushrooms (porcini, boletus luteus powder, agaricus powder, oyster, chanterelle), Potato flour, Sea salt, White pepper, Stinging nettle leaf, Onion powder, Garlic powder. May contain naturally occurring sulfites, may have come into contact with tree nuts.

Mushroom Rub: Alder smoked wild chanterelle mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, raw cane sugar, spanish paprika, sea salt, chilli flakes.

Mushroom Risotto: Italian style rice, wild porcini mushrooms, wild mushroom powder, vegetarian/gluten-free bouillon (maltodextrin, hydrolyzed plant protein (soy and corn), flavour, dehydrated vegetable (onions, garlic, carrots, tapioca starch), spices, potassium chloride, vegetable oil (canola, extra virgin olive oil), salt, citric acid, disodium guanylate, disodium inosinate), sea salt, stinging nettle leaf, parsley flakes, white pepper.
