Delicious!

I love everything about this product. I have even mixed it with fried onions and cooked rice, then made stuffed cabbage rolls. It is so versatile!

Try in chili

I tried it in chili. I think I need to work it a little more. It was a little dry. I think next time I will soak in hot water before adding. The taste was great.

The texture is outstanding!

I have a family full of people that are not fans of replacing meat with any other products and I can honestly tell you, they had no idea they were not eating meat! The texture is outstanding, much better than soy or other highly processed versions of meat replacements. I highly recommend!

Nice texture, Little Flavour

To be honest, I was at least expecting a mushroom flavour, but I find this almost flavourless- closer to cardboard. It does have a decent texture for a meat substitute, though! To be fair, I’m a meat eater. I was hoping to be swayed to vegan. Sorry, but this doesn’t do it for me.
