Details on holiday delivery dates. Note: all parcels ship from St.Albert, AB, Canada. Use this location to determine if your shipping address is in a local, regional, or national zone. All of our shipping services are EXPEDITED.

Free Shipping on purchases of $100 or more (after discounts excluding taxes).

Shipping Rates 

Our shipping rates are based on volumetric weight and destination, and come directly from the carrier which is usually Canada Post. The address of the shipment is required by the carrier in order to calculate the shipping rate. We do not charge fees for handling or packaging materials.

Approximate Delivery Times (Expedited)

AB/SK: 2-3 days*
BC/MB:  up to 5 days*
ON/QC: up to 4-7 days*
NB/NS/PEI/NL/NWT/YT/NU: up to 10 days*

Packages ship from Edmonton AB. Destinations closer to the Edmonton area mean delivery times on the low end of the delivery times given. International Shipping

We do not currently ship outside of Canada and the U.S. 

Order Processing Times

Orders placed before our shipping cut-off time of 3pm MST (western region) will be processed within one to three business days. (Excludes weekends and holidays).

Once an order has shipped, we’ll send you an e-mail with the tracking number to use on www.canadapost.ca

Redirecting an Order

Please make sure your shipping address is correct— You are responsible for additional shipping charges that occur as a result of submitting your order with an incorrect or incomplete address.

Returning an Order

Please send us a note through our contact page with the particulars of your order. You are responsible for return shipping fees. Once the item is returned to us, we will refund your order minus the original shipping fees.

What happens if my package is stolen?

It is always frustrating when a package goes awry. Once your items are shipped however, we are not liable if it is lost or stolen. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact canadapost.ca for more information.
