A dual extraction tincture of wild and cultivated lion's mane mushroom fruiting bodies. Lion’s mane contains anti-flammatory and anti-oxidant compounds and supports the growth and repair of nerve cells. It is used to improve cognition, memory, focus, and mood.

100 ml (3.38 oz), approximately 200 doses.

Usage: Take a dropper squeeze (0.5 mL - approximately 12 drops) once or twice daily in water, tea, smoothie, or under the tongue.

Recommendation: For maintenance / protective dose take 0.5 mL /day. Take 1 mL /day for extra neural support or repair.

Caution: Consult a health care practitioner regarding contraindications, if pregnant or breastfeeding, or for prolonged use.

I think it's working

So far so good - I think it's working! Only been on it just over a month, take it 2xs daily, but my brain feels a bit more with it, I feel a bit more organized with my thoughts.
