Just actually made this as early prep for a traditional Christmas Dinner.. always include a hearty mushroom gravy for our vegetarians! Used this as the base for fresh sautéed mushrooms and as the official taste tester I am impressed with the flavour and texture... it’ll be perfect over make-ahead mashed potatoes
Added this to a sauce and it was very good - savory and a great umami addition.
Great on meatballs
