A mediterranean inspired chanterelle mushroom side dish that has beautiful colour and big, bold flavour. Mildly spicy, with a sundried tomato tang and our signature alder smoked chanterelle mushrooms.

Pairs perfectly with spicy chorizo, chicken, or roasted or bbq’d vegetable skewers.

Italian style rice, alder smoked wild chanterelle mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes, spices (onion, wild stinging nettle leaf, garlic, paprika, beet sugar, sea salt, wild mushroom powder, parsley, chilli pepper, white pepper). Handy Package of Simple Sophistication

Just about anything one could ask for is packaged and ready to go. The directions are simple - straightforward resulting in easy success. The tastes mingle nicely together. For me, I will return to this type of serving again.

ALL of the Products from Untamed Feast

Wow we LOVE all the products we have tried to date! The Risotto's are so amazing! The mushroom sauces are spectacular and the Morel Mushroom cheese dip is supreme:) Oh then the coconut rice is hard to share as you want it all to yourself. We used to find the products at Coop but they no longer carry them. We have seen them at Freson's and we order directly also. No doubt you won't be disappointed when you try these guys out. The recipe's that come with the mushrooms are on point as are the ones on the rice and risotto. We are forever customers, thanks Untamed Feast Peeps :)

This is a very easy-to-make, versatile and yummy dish. I use it as a side dish, but sometimes add other ingredients and make it our main course, as it's easy to adapt, depending on what other ingredients you might feel like adding. The sun-dried tomato give it a nice, rich flavor. It's great to have on hand because you can make a really nice meal without a lot of trouble or time!
