Best ever!

I have been buying these mushrooms ever since an introduction years ago in Calgary. I love all of their mushrooms and the recipes that go with them but my absolute favourite is the Wild Mushroom Risotto. It has always turned out and is a hit with any guests I serve it too. I am a groupie for Untamed Forest Mushrooms!

Dried mushrooms

I love using the dried mushrooms in cooking. The flavours are exceptional. The risotto is next for me to use. Sounds like it is very very good. Thanks for the foraging so that we can enjoy eating!
